The OPC has a number of server configuration and information pages that can be viewed from within the OPC itself. These can be found in the Services card on your instance page.

File Storage

Here you can view how attachments are stored and change the storage method as well as the location for the files.

ElasticSearch

Here you can view the details for your ElasticSearch server and update them if required.

You also have an index count card to check that ElasticSearch has indexed everything on your helpdesk.

Database

The Database card shows you the current database in use by your helpdesk, you have the option to change the database and add a read-only database if required.

Web

This card allows you to view and edit your helpdesks php configuration as well as adding custom web config for Deskpro and Nginx

The page also has your servers full php.info page
