For each of the Deskpro components, the Navigation Panel is used to filter the items you are dealing with, whether that's Tickets, Users, Organizations, Help Center Content, Tasks or Reports, etc. You can watch our introductory video to the Navigation Panel.

The next sections will run through how the Navigation Panel filters items in the different helpdesk components.
