Content View
If you want a more focused view of the helpdesk you are able to collapse the Navigation and Application Panels.
Doing so allows you to have a larger view of the content panel which can be useful if you want to work without distraction or if you don't need other panels open.

Collapsing Panels
You can choose to collapse either the Navigation Panel or Application Panel, or both depending on your viewing preferences.
Navigation Panel
To collapse the Navigation Panel you click the < (Chevron) button in the bottom left hand corner of the interface, this will hide the Navigation Panel.

When it's closed the Panel is minimized in the top left hand corner, where the queue you have selected will be displayed as a list icon.
E.g. If you were in the queue 'Mine', the left hand side of the Return button will take you back to the Queue.

When the Navigation Panel is closed, you can open it by clicking on the app icon you're on which wil re-open the bar as a floating Panel.

If you want the Panel to be locked open again click the > (Chevron) button in the bottom left hand corner, otherwise it will remain a floating menu panel.
Deskpro Apps
The Deskpro Apps refer to Notifications, Agent IM and Search, these are the in-built apps that exist in the top right-hand corner of the interface:

When you click on the apps, they will open in a hovered state over the interface where you can interact with them.

You are able to fix the different apps into a panel on the right-hand side of your interface by clicking the lock icon that appears on the window, you can keep any combination of the Apps open and fixed to the side. To remove any of the panels you just click the lock again.

Your viewing preferences will be remembered when you next log into the helpdesk.
