As you’re becoming more familiar with the layout of Deskpro, we wanted to walk you through the different viewing options. You can watch our video on the different ways the helpdesk can be adjusted here.
We built Deskpro with a variety of views and adjustments so every Deskpro Agent can display their helpdesk in a way that is most useful for them and increases their productivity.
This page will outline the Interface Views available to you in the Ticketing Interface:
Card View
In Card View, you will see 4 sections in your view; Navigation Panel, View Panel, Content Panel and User Profile.

Table View
When you're viewing the helpdesk in Table View you will see 2 sections; Navigation Panel and View Panel.
For more information read Table View.

Kanban View
We also have Kanban view that lets you organize tickets as a visual workflow, this view is especially useful for helpdesk's that run specific processes or projects like a Sales or Development flow.
