If you go to Agent Settings > Keyboard Shortcuts you can decide if you want to enable Keyboard Shortcuts by toggling them on or off so you can use them on the Agent interface.

You will also see the list of keyboard shortcuts that are available in Deskpro, that will help you work more efficiently in the helpdesk.
