Domain setup

If you’re using Deskpro On-Premise, you control the domain or IP address where your helpdesk appears by configuring your webserver and DNS servers.

Once you’ve set this up, go to Setup > Settings and under Helpdesk URL, enter the base URL/IP that your users will use to access the helpdesk, e.g.:

https://support.yourcompany.com or http://173.309.330.12

You need to make sure this setting is correct so that Deskpro can generate links to your portal (for example, in email notifications.)
