Creating a task


To create a new task:

  1. Click the Add button along the top of the content pane, then Task.


  1. The new task opens in the content pane.


    Enter a description of the task.

  2. To set a due date (optional), click on No due date and select a date from the calendar.


    • If a due date is set, you can also choose to specify a time on that date.../_images/tasks-new-settime.png
  3. By default, the task is Public.

    • You can make the task Private using the pull-down menu.../_images/tasks-private.png
  4. By default, the task is assigned to you. If you wish to delegate it, click Me and pick an agent or team from the pull-down menu.


  5. If you need to create more than one task, click Add another task and repeat the above steps.

  6. When you are finished, click Save.
