Create tickets
The core functionality offered by this integration is the ability to create tickets in Teams without having to return to your help desk. The fastest method for doing this is by right-clicking on any messages and picking the create ticket action from the menu which open.
This will open a form allowing you to create a Deskpro ticket and will use the message content to pre-fill the ticket subject (all fields in the form can still be edited manually).
After creation, the app will post this in your conversation with your colleague - press the view button to open the ticket in a new tab in Deskpro.
This form can also be accessed by using the create ticket
prompt when using the chat in the Deskpro app.
Search the help desk
Use the actions and apps button to find Deskpro and click on it to use our search feature. Here you can search for tickets in your help desk and click them to insert a link and preview into the conversation you are having with your colleague
List tickets
Use the list tickets prompt in the chat in the Deskpro app to get a list of tickets that are currently open in your help desk. Click the ID in the left column to open the ticket in a new tab.
Log out
Disconnect your Deskpro agent account from Teams by using the logout
prompt. This will immediately sign you out but leaves the Deskpro app installed so you can sign in again when needed.

Any messages that have originated from Teams are denoted in the ticket thread with this identifier in the top left.
