We’re delighted to announce the release of Deskpro 2018.2.2

Deskpro 2018.2.2 is a very minor update to address two possible regressions:

DP-2249: If an invalid locale code was entered in Admin > Setup > Languages, then it would prevent the agent interface from loading.
DP-2248: Some escalation criteria may result in an invalid SQL query.
