We are pleased to announce a new release of the DeskPRO helpdesk platform, build #65.
The following is an automatically generated list of changes in this release:
- Fix ticket form editor, fix applying rules to user newticket form
- Read PTAC from headers that are usually sent with replies
- Fix isFromRobot when may have data after value. E.g., Auto-Submitted: auto-replied (vacation)
- Fix deleting downloads, updating nav when things are deleted
- Fix missing old_ptac on merges and deletes
