When an agent opens a ticket, it's locked and shows a Lock-Symbol for other agents. It would be very helpful, if there was a tooltip on the Lock-Symbol, that showed, who locked the ticket.
If there is already an option to enable this, I have not found it, but would be happy to hear about it.
