We want to send the Dashboard regularly by email to an external company where nobody has a Deskpro user, and they should not get one!

For those people, it is possible to view the reports in HTML format, but they cannot download as a CSV file, which we would like to make available to them.

Similarly another requested feature is to email the reports in CSV format for historical purposes; otherwise having to manually run them at a certain set time out of someone's working hours
