Make user registration fields more available for user Collecting Feedback

Once registered and clicking on the "Your Account" have the fields available for the user to fill in the information for the "ontact information" section that agents see when clicking on a user name....other wise those fields are filled in by admins and can be time consuming if the info isn't available to import.
