Stars are a personal way to organize Tickets. Unlike labels and other Ticket properties, other Agents can’t see your stars.

You can apply stars from the Ticket header in the content panel.

You can then load your starred Tickets up in the view panel by clicking on the relevant star in the navigation panel.

Editing Stars

Renaming Stars

By default, stars are named after their colors but you can edit their name by clicking on the star settings button located to the right of their name on the navigation panel:

This will load up the stars settings in a modal where you can double click on the title to edit it.

This will let you rename them to something that might be more useful for you when trying to find your Starred Tickets in the Navigation.

Reordering Stars

You can also reorder and hide the queues in the menu. The following option to reorder a filter is available exclusively for Stars.

To reorder, simply click on the eight dots on the right hand side next to the star you wish to move and drag and drop into it's new position.

Toggling Stars

You can also turn off any Stars you don't want or don't use. In the same menu, hit the toggle on the right of the color you wish to switch off. This will remove that star from displaying on the Navigation Panel to keep your view organized.
