Bulk adding Agents
Within the Admin interface, you can create multiple Agents at the same time.
To bulk add Agents:
Go to Agents > Agent profiles.
Click + New and select Bulk add.
You can add Agents to your helpdesk in two ways:
Email invitations: Paste a list of email addresses to send invitations to multiple Agents at once.
CSV import: Upload a CSV file of Agent data. You can either create your own file or download the CSV template provided in the Bulk Agent Invite drawer. Once completed, drag and drop the CSV file into Deskpro to import Agents.
CSV import fields
When adding Agents by CSV import, you can specify the following information for each Agent account:
Email (required)
Name (required)
Permission groups (required; specify by ID number, where 1 = All permissions and 2 = All non-destructive permissions)
Teams (specify by ID number)
Admin access (Yes or No)
Reports administrator access (Yes or No)
Notifications (Yes to enable default notifications; No to disable)
Signature (HTML format)
