We’re delighted to announce the release of Deskpro 2018.3.1
Deskpro 2018.3.1 is a very minor update to address a few recent bug fixes.
- DP-2667 — Invalid encoding on APIv2 if any property of an entity contained an invalid UTF8 string (most noticible with "garbled text" in mobile apps)
- DP-2671 — Omni-search bar is not returning expected results (numeric ticket refs, person IDs, or other numeric input that existed in text)
- DP-2677 — Inline images from email break if attach auth enabled when ticket auth is enabled
- DP-2674 — You can now specify a withEntityId parameter on APIv2 POSTs to create an entity with a specific ID
