We frequently need to request input from other teams or team members on a specific ticket. Ideally this would be done without changing ownership of the existing ticket or without creating another ticket. Currently we just email outside of deskpro requesting input for a ticket with number x. It would be great to have a request input notification within the deskpro interface.
