The trial versions of Deskpro On-Premise and Cloud work just like a paid version, and include all of the functionality your paid helpdesk will have with our Team Plan.
Deskpro On-Premise Trial comes with an unlimited number of agent seats, while the Cloud Trial will allow for up to 10 agents to test the software.
Certain functions such as credit loading for Deskpro Voice need to be switched on by a member of the support team. Please contact us at email@example.com if you require help with any of the test functions.
You can buy a license and convert your trial to a full version at any time, keeping any data and configuration changes you have made - although, if you want to delete some or all of your test data, you can - see How do I delete all my test tickets?
