Apps are generally small bits of software that provide utilities or integrations that complement Deskpro’s core functionality. Similar to mobile apps, they’re installed from our apps library and provide a wide range of use-cases; from simple to-do lists to CRM integrations.

Our apps can extend particular aspects of Deskpro, like tickets or users, broadening the usefulness of those features and making your Deskpro experience more productive.

You can develop apps yourself using our apps software development kit or you can even create simple apps from within Deskpro itself using our widgets system. Of course you can always check out our apps library to see if we have something that already meets your requirements.
