To set up WhatsApp in Deskpro, you must have the following:
A Meta Business Account
An approved WhatsApp Business Account
A phone number - that has been verified via SMS or phone call
Note
Any phone number that can receive SMS can be used for your WhatsApp Business Account.
You must be able to receive SMS or a phone call using this number to complete the verification step.
Depending on your current set up, please select the appropriate section of this guide and follow the steps to complete your setup.
Note
Please note that there are currently restrictions imposed by Meta on which countries can use and receive messages via the WhatsApp Business API.
