Allow more than one organization to be linked to a user account, in case a user is linked to more than one customer.

Many of my users run a group of nursing homes, under UK legislation we have to treat them as separate entities for the regulatory body so it's pretty important for us and may cause legal problems with exchange of personal data.
We have the same situation where a contact person can represent multiple companies.
We have the same situation were multiple nursing homes need to be treated as separate entities. However, some managers should be able to see all tickets of all nursing homes. There are other examples where we would need this functionality.
