On the web portal, the Feedback section is showing up, but no feedback types are available to select, and submitting the form doesn't work. What's going on?
This is a permissions problem. There are two sets of permissions that affect feedback:
1. the usergroup permissions (CRM > Permission Groups, Feedback section):
2. the permission settings on individual feedback types (Portal > Feedback > Types).
The situation above arises if the user has permission to use the Feedback app, but not to use any of the individual feedback types.
To fix this, go to Portal > Feedback > Types and make sure that any user who can see the Feedback section on the portal can access at least one feedback type.
