Deskpro has a simple seat-based pricing structure based on the number of agents using the helpdesk. (Agents are staff within your organization who answer tickets to help your customers or end-users). There's no other limit on the number of users, tickets or anything else.
The Cloud version of Deskpro currently costs US$30/month/agent and is billed monthly (you can choose annual billing if you prefer). If you require hosting within the EU or UK, the price is €30/month/agent or £30/agent/month respectively.
The On-Premise version of Deskpro costs US$15/month/agent and is billed annually. Agent licenses are sold in blocks of 10.
Unlike a lot of our competitors, we don't offer multiple confusing price plans that charge more for access to important features, nor do we restrict the number of users, tickets, knowledgebase articles, email accounts, file attachments or any other aspect of the system.
We are also happy to provide custom feature development and other special services at reasonable rates.
