Deskpro released a major update in early August (sometimes colloquially referred to as “new portal” or “Deskpro v5”). This new major update has new server requirements and has a slightly different web server configuration.
This document will describe how to upgrade from Deskpro #443 to the new version released in early August. Note
You must upgrade your current helpdesk instance to build #443 before attempting to upgrade to “new portal”.
