Agent hours

Reports Overview

The Agent hours section shows you the times of day when Agents were using the interface, for a date range you select. Active periods are marked in green.


Note that this view shows you when the Agent was logged in and actively using the interface. If the Agent is logged in but not interacting (for example, they are on a phone call) that time will not be marked in green.
