Example Reports

The Ticket Logs and Ticket Object Use Log Tables contain log information about tickets, snippets and macros.

These are useful if you want to make reports about the frequency of a particular action.

A known bug means you should create reports that reference tickets_logs in the Builder view of the reports interface, not the Query tab.
