Feedback submitted is organized by type. The possible types are set by your admins, but some examples would be:
Your admins can configure the helpdesk so that some types of feedback can only be submitted by particular usergroups. For example, you might take Feature request feedback only from members of the Advanced users usergroup, or Bug reports only from Registered users.
Your helpdesk may also require users to select a category for their feedback. The categories available are chosen by your admins, based on what categories your helpdesk finds useful.
