Here you can choose to enable or disable the ticket submission option on the widget.
There are also some settings for the ticket properties and the copy that appears on the widget.
Department: You can either give the user the option to select this from the form or select a default (which hides the option on the form).
Subject: Similarly you can either give the user the option to select a subject or you can provide a default which removes the field from the form.
It can be useful using the default here if you want to easily identify tickets that have been submitted via Messenger.
