Editing Agent Profiles


In the Agent interface Agents > Preferences, Agents can set a picture (to represent them in the Agent interface), timezone and an HTML Signature for Ticket messages.

You can edit an Agent’s profile from the Admin interface using the Edit profile option on the gear icon.


Note that you can disable the ability for an Agent to set their own picture and/or signature using the Profile permissions.
