Disable agent's automatic signing to chat Finished

We would like to have an option that would indicate whether the specific agent should be (like it is now) or should not be automatically signed to chat when accessing the agent's interface. For example this option could be located in the agent's 'Preferences' dialog, under the Chat options (currently there is only a single option there Immediately dismiss 'new chat' ...).
