Deskpro Android Application - BETA Release

As this is an initial BETA release, the application has not yet been officially released onto the Google Play Store, as we are giving you exclusive access to the application before its public release.

This is very straight forward, and is as simple as following this download link, and clicking on the APK file once downloaded onto your device. It will then automatically install this.

We are pleased to announce the private release of the much anticipated new DeskPRO android application, suitable for mobile and tablet devices. This is the first BETA version of the application we are releasing, so not all functionality has been added, however we are very excited with the new and improved features, so want to share this with you, and get your feedback right away!

Full access to your CRM and custom fields on the go. We understand how important it is for you to keep fully engaged with your customers, and to access specific information. With the new application, you will never be left in the dark while on the move again, with full access to each users and organizations CRM information, and visibility and control over all custom ticket fields.
