We'd like there to a simplified KB article interface template. E.g. the KB would show buttons for each category, such as “Using Deskpro” or  “Getting Started” etc. This would also be more mobile friendly, as the KB interface is overwhelming for end users, especially on a mobile device (smart phone/tablet).
