Print multiple tickets - Feature Request - Deskpro Support

Can we please have another action in the multi selection pop up to Print selected tickets? see attached screenshot.

Printing tickets has been problematic and frustrating.
The interface drag and drop features that were highighted are not present and no answer as to why they are not--we have to work from a printed reference.
There is no clean format option for printing individual tickets or lists of tickets including the ticket messages. We have been using DeskPro to track events and actions based on regulatory requirements (i.e. periodic internal controls reviews) and we cannot cleanly print them out as reports to present to the regulators, but have to use a tedious approach of cut-and-paste.
