Attach file using the JIRA App - Feature Request - Deskpro Support
It would be nice if the agent could attach a file when creating a ticket in JIRA using the JIRA App.
We need that too. When creating a new jira issue through the app, there should be a checkbox which lets me choose if i want to copy the attachments to the ticket or not.
Has this ever been added? I'm still using the old JIRA App. Haven't found documentation stating if v2 supports it.
