Allowing for text to be added above Reply Line - Feature Request - Deskpro Support

For instance right now you can add Custom HTML to be inserted in the subject or the body of an e-mail message but is limited to below the reply line. I was also thinking that on a note that by default I could put a #note above the reply above so that by default an e-mail reply to a note was also a note and if had to be a reply to an end user they would have to remove the #note. Since I can't add any text above the reply line the above wouldn't work for me. I'd like to see that as a future request.
