Add Separate Notification for Mentions in Tickets - Feature Request - Deskpro Support

Deskpro currently displays alerts for Recent Tabs and Notifications next to the search bar, which is fantastic. What would also be useful would be to have a separate item that shows recent mentions in tickets - when someone uses the @name feature to mention/alert you in a ticket. Currently, you do get a pop-up when someone mentions you in a ticket but the problem is that, if you close your browser, have a computer crash, etc, there's no way to easily display a list of recent mentions. I've included a screenshot show what I mean.
