Add feedback back into triggers - Feature Request - Deskpro Support

Before the release 339, I was able to set a trigger that when a negative feedback was submitted the system would email me the ticket number and link. This was the only way, other than watching the feedback feed all day, that I could be quickly notified of problems, so that I could immediately improve my teams responses.
