Enabling Guides

Deskpro Guides is a feature that allows you to create your own indexed library of instructive user manuals, built right into the Deskpro user portal.

Guide Settings

To control the general settings for guides, go to Admin Dashboard > User Interface > Guides

Here you can enable or disable Guides. Disabling Guides will prevent agents from being able to create, manage and edit guides for the user interface.

You can also enable whether Guides will appear in the user interface. This does not affect how agents interact with Guides.

And finally, you can also determine whether users can subscribe to Guides or not.
