invoicing tab - Feature Request - Deskpro Support
Hi We are looking for all-in-one cloud application to not only provide customer support via helpdesk and ticketing , I am also looking for billing feature to be able to create recurring invoices, estimate (quotation) , subscription invoice to customer..
As a starter, to be able to invoice at the end of the month customers who have accrued hours and/or set a specific number of hours per month for a company/user/SLA would be helpful. But yes, an integrated invoicing system would be nice! For the time being we're probably going to manage that via our site but it would be nice to have something within the system perhaps.
