Deskpro Horizon does not natively support Windows but a virtual machine (VM) running Deskpro can be setup using our new Deskpro On-Premise tool.

The tool imports our pre-packaged VM into Hyper-V or VirtualBox and provides a system tray application to make interaction with the VM and the OPC easier.

As Windows will need to run the Deskpro VM, Windows itself must be installed on a physical machine. The Deskpro On-Premise tool does not support running on a VM.

To upgrade you must perform a migration.
