Enabling/Disabling Telemetry within Deskpro

How do I enable or disable telemetry within Deskpro?

Telemetry is enabled by default in Deskpro and it sends databack to us to aid in support and product enhancement.

To Disable:Copy link to To Disable: to clipboard

To disable the telemetry capture on your On-Premise server you need to access the support menu in the On-Premise admin area.

Here you have a card specifically for telemetry which is turned on by default.

To disable, switch off the toggle next to Enable Telemetry

Once this is disabled, you will also need to click the Save Telemetry button to apply the change.

A page will open showing the change being applied and once completed, click continue to return to the support menu.

To enable:Copy link to To enable: to clipboard

To enable telemetry after it has been disabled follow the same steps for disabling the service but toggle the switch to Enabled before clicking Save Telemetry

When you click Sace Telemetry you will get a similar page as before but this time it will confirm that the service is enabled.
