Deskpro performs regular automated tasks (such as fetching emails) in order for the instance to function properly and efficiently. The following warnings are raised if any errors are detected with this system:

Remediation
Please review the message that is presented in the Problem GUI and review the logs for more information as to why there may be an issue with cron.
