Configuring a NAT IP

If you use a NAT IP which Deskpro is unable to detect, you may need to manually configure your IP to be able to access your instances via the IP address.

Within the OPC, click on 'Settings' within the menu, then set your publicly accessible IP address in the Host Address field:

CLI

Run the following command in the CLI:

sudo opc config set --host-address '{ip_address}'
 copy

Replace the {ip_address} with your publicly accessible IP address.
